a flawless stay!
professional staff clean room
i was able to leave my bags at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. the staff were super professional at the reception. the room was cleaned daily and was very clean. the room looked great, like the pictures online!!!

convenient location near trindade station
great location direct metro comfy beds
the hotel location is great near trindade station i found direct metro lines to the airport and football stadium. check in was fast and efficient plus the room was clean and spacious. i enjoyed the comfy beds and nice view from the rooftop terrace.
the elevator was small this caused some inconvenience when moving luggage and during peak hours. it would be better if there were additional or larger elevators to accommodate guests more efficiently.

Decent hotel, some drawbacks
helpful staff convenient station accessible transport drain smell dirty cups dust accumulation
The staff were very cute and helpful. The hotel is located a short walk from Trindade station. A bus stop outside the hotel travels to Serralves Park and Foz.
There was a very bad smell from the drains in my shower. Dirty coffee cups were left with the coffee machine. I noticed large amounts of dust under my bed.
